采用实验室生测和温室盆栽的方法,研究了尿素对大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化、二龄幼虫活性的抑制作用以及对大豆胞囊线虫的控制效果。结果显示,尿素的浓度在0.03~1.00 mol·L-1范围内,对大豆胞囊线虫的卵孵化和二龄幼虫(J2)均具有抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高抑制作用增强,当尿素浓度到达1.0 mol·L-1时,卵孵化的抑制率最高达到96%,J2的致死率可达到100%。温室盆栽结果显示,施用尿素后,土中和大豆根部的大豆胞囊线虫种群密度显著降低,且大豆株高、地上鲜重和地下鲜重等均有所增加,其中鲜重总增重率可达42.8%。研究结果证明尿素对大豆胞囊线虫具有明显的致死作用,且在一定程度上能控制该病害的发生。
The effects of urea on egg hatching, activity of second-instar larvae and controlling effects on soybean cyst nematode were studied by laboratory test and greenhouse pot experiment. The results showed that the concentration of urea in the range of 0.03-1.00 mol·L-1 had inhibitory effects on egg hatching and second-instar larvae (J2) of soybean cyst nematode, and the inhibitory effect increased with increasing concentration of urea When the urea concentration reaches 1.0 mol·L-1, the hatching rate of eggs reaches up to 96% and the lethality of J2 reaches 100%. The result of potted greenhouse showed that the population density of soybean cyst nematode in soil and soybean root decreased significantly after application of urea, and the plant height, aboveground fresh weight and underground fresh weight increased, and the total fresh weight gain could be Up to 42.8%. The results show that urea has a significant lethal effect on soybean cyst nematode, and to a certain extent, can control the occurrence of the disease.
