体育素养是衡量一个人综合素质与修养的重要指标,在中国还未完全脱离“应试教育”的背景下,家长和教师一味追求文化课成绩,在其全面发展过程中忽视了学生时代体育素养的培养。学生时代是形成体育素养的关键时期,是树立三观和德、智、体、美全面发展的重要阶段。本文分别从武术文化、武德、武术内涵、技术动作的构成特点、武术意识及对人的身体影响等方面,阐述武术教育对学生体育素养的培养具有不可替代的作用,旨在提高学生的综合素质,同时为武术在学校的发展提供一些理论依据。
