目的探讨水通道蛋白-3(AQP-3)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化Envosion法,检测山西省人民医院病理科2009年9月至2013年7月存档的60例OSCC病理组织石蜡标本和10例正常口腔黏膜上皮组织中AQP-3蛋白的表达水平并进行比较分析。结果在60例OSCC的病理标本中AQP-3主要表达在细胞的胞膜上,也有少量表达在胞浆中。AQP-3在OSCC标本中的阳性表达率(81.7%)明显高于在正常口腔黏膜组织中的阳性表达率(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OSCC组织中AQP-3的表达在不同年龄(χ2=0.032)、性别(χ2=0.045)、病变部位(χ2=1.313)方面的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),在不同组织分化程度(χ2=8.626)、临床分期(χ2=21.59)以及是否有颈淋巴结转移(χ2=3.90)方面的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 AQP-3的异常表达与OSCC的发生、发展有密切关系,可作为OSCC治疗和预后的辅助性指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin-3 (AQP-3) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical Envosion method was used to detect the expression of AQP-3 protein in 60 specimens of OSCC and 10 normal oral mucosa epithelial tissues from September 2009 to July 2013 in Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital. For comparative analysis. Results AQP-3 was mainly expressed in the cell membrane of 60 OSCC specimens, and a small amount was also expressed in the cytoplasm. The positive rate of AQP-3 expression in OSCC (81.7%) was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa (20.0%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of AQP-3 between OSCC tissues at different ages (χ2 = 0.032), gender (χ2 = 0.045) and lesion site (χ2 = 1.313) There was significant difference in degree (χ2 = 8.626), clinical stage (χ2 = 21.59) and cervical lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 3.90) (all P <0.05). Conclusion Abnormal expression of AQP-3 is closely related to the occurrence and development of OSCC, which may be used as an adjunct indicator of OSCC treatment and prognosis.
