基于谐振型左手材料理论,提出了一种新型的宽频带、低损耗左手材料结构单元。利用Nicolson-Ross-Weir算法和Ansoft HFSS软件,得到该结构单元的等效介电常数、等效磁导率和等效折射率。结果表明,该结构单元具有低损耗特性;在23~32.3GHz频段范围内,其等效介电常数和等效磁导率均为负,同时等效折射率的实部为负,虚部接近于0。该结构为单元Kα波段左手材料的设计及其应用提供了一定的参考。
Based on the theory of resonant left-handed material, a new type of wide-band, low-loss left-handed material structure unit is proposed. The Nicolson-Ross-Weir algorithm and Ansoft HFSS software are used to obtain the equivalent dielectric constant, equivalent permeability and equivalent refractive index of the structural unit. The results show that the structural unit has the characteristics of low loss. In the frequency range from 23 MHz to 32.3 GHz, the equivalent permittivity and equivalent permeability are both negative while the real part of the equivalent refractive index is negative and the imaginary part approaches At 0. The structure provides a reference for the design and application of Kα band left-handed material.
