福建省人民政府办公厅近几年来,我省的档案工作,经过初步学习苏联先进经验和研究改进档案管理制度和管理方法等工作,取得了一定的成绩。特别是今年4月国务院“关于加强国家档案工作的决定”下达后,各级机关领导上一般已引起重视,在工作上给于档案人员很大的支持,省级各单位和部分专县机关先后建立了档案机构,配备了专职或兼职档案干部,有的档案干部经过短期训练后已开始树立了专业思想。绝大部分省级机关已经推行或正在推行文书处理部门立卷,对文书处理工作与档案工作进行了一些改革,使档案工作开始走上正轨。但是由于过去对档案工作缺乏统一的布置,各级领导对档案工作重视不够, General Office of Fujian Provincial People’s Government In recent years, the file work in our province has made some achievements through the preliminary study of the advanced experience of the Soviet Union and the study on the improvement of the file management system and management methods.
