采用LC/ESI-MS~n的方法对家兔肠道内的乌头碱代谢产物进行研究.经与空白组比较发现,给药后家兔小肠内容物中新增加6个化合物峰(M_1~M_6),盲肠内容物中新增加5个化合物峰(M_2~M_6),粪便中新增加2个化合物峰(M_3,M_4).分别测定各化合物的准分子离子及各级串联碎片离子,并与标准品的质谱断裂规律进行比较,同时参考文献,推断肠道内化合物M_1为16-O-去甲基-8-O-去乙酰基乌头碱,M_2为8-O-去乙酰基乌头碱,M_3为16-O-去甲基乌头碱,M_4为乌头碱(AC),M_5为去氧乌头碱,M_6为印乌头碱.
The metabolites of aconitine in the intestine of rabbits were studied by LC / ESI-MS-n method.Compared with the blank group, six compound peaks (M_1 ~ M_6 ), 5 compound peaks (M_2 ~ M_6) were newly added into the cecum and 2 new peaks (M_3 and M_4) were newly added into the stool.The quasi-molecular ions and tandem fragment ions of each compound were determined respectively and compared with the standard Mass spectrometry of the product were compared, and reference literature, concluded that the intestinal compound M_1 is 16-O-desmethyl-8-O-desacetyl aconitine, M_2 is 8-O-desacetyl aconitine, M_3 is 16-O-desmethyl aconitine, M_4 is aconitine (AC), M_5 is deoxyaconitine, and M_6 is indomethacin.
