Procast离心铸造模块不能直接用于卧式离心铸造。通过分析两种离心铸造的充型特点与受力情况,提出了卧式离心铸造的模拟方法,结果表明充型与凝固过程温度场的变化规律与实际一致。复合管两层浇注时间间隔直接影响到铸件的品质。提出了复合管内外层浇注时间间隔的确定方法。对不同工艺参数下卧式离心铸造外层金属液充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟,获得了各工艺参数对金属液充型及第二层浇注时间间隔的影响规律。
Procast Centrifugal Casting Modules can not be used directly for horizontal centrifugal casting. By analyzing the filling characteristics and stress conditions of two kinds of centrifugal casting, a simulation method of horizontal centrifugal casting is proposed. The results show that the variation law of temperature field during filling and solidification is consistent with the actual situation. The two-layer composite pipe pouring time interval directly affects the quality of the casting. The method of determining the time interval between inner and outer layers of composite pipe is put forward. The filling process and the solidification process of the outer layer molten metal in the centrifugal casting under different process parameters were numerically simulated, and the influence of various process parameters on the filling of molten metal and the pouring interval of the second layer was obtained.
