我们从一九六八年末开始的粉浆挤压钼管工艺的研究,本着研究、生产、使用三结合的方针,几年来在试验室的条件下进行了小批量生产。用我们所研究的粉浆挤压工艺生产的烧结钼管(简称“粉浆挤压钼管”)作为小规格变形钼管的管坯,其加工性能,内外表面质量和成品率都优于“油静压——烧结”和“电孤锭——挤压”管坯。表1列出了三种管坯在变形加工时的成品率。在我所,粉浆挤压钼管,是当前辗压加工小规格变形钼管的主要原料。
From the end of 1968, we started to research on the technology of squeezing molybdenum pipe in slurry. Based on the principle of research, production and use, we have conducted small batch production in laboratory for several years. The sintered molybdenum pipe (referred to as “paste squeezed molybdenum pipe”) produced by the slurry squeezing process we studied, as a small size deformed molybdenum pipe tube, has better machinability, internal and external surface quality and yield than the “ Oil static pressure - sintering ”and“ electric ingot - extrusion ”tube. Table 1 lists the three tube blank in the deformation of the yield. In our company, the squeezing of the molybdenum pipe is the main raw material of the current deformed molybdenum pipe of small size.
