18例脑血管畸形引起的颅内出血，平均年龄24．1岁，以头痛、颅内出血为主要症状，个别有癫痫。CT检查发现16例有明显占位效应的颅内血肿，CAG检查不易发现小型血管畸形．13例手术治疗。作者叙述了该病的治疗方法。
