大棚蔬菜的生长,是在人为的小气候条件下进行的。在管理上要维持其营养生长与生殖生长趋于平衡。促使早开花、多结果,才能达到高产、优质之目的。但往往因疯长而造成减产,所以,在棚菜生产当中,要严格控制疯长。具体措施必须把住以下四道关:1.控温关不管棚内是那种蔬菜,都要把温室控制在适宜温度内。如西红柿最适温为20~25℃,夜间温度控制在15℃左右;黄瓜生长适宜温度为25~30℃,夜间温度控制在18℃左右为好。不管那种蔬菜,低于适温生长缓慢,高于适温造成疯长。因此,必须严格把住控温关。2.降湿关如果某种蔬菜的湿度不适宜,
