哑铃销结构可靠性直接影响到综采工作面的安全生产,针对这一问题,基于Creo2.0建立刮板输送机中部槽模型,并通过ANSYS 14.0对中部槽相关部件进行柔性化处理,此外,运用MSC.ADAMS虚拟样机仿真技术,对中部槽沿综采面推移过程进行动态仿真,分析了中部槽的推移特性和哑铃销的受力,为中部槽及哑铃销的结构改进和优化提供设计依据。
The reliability of dumbbell pin structure has a direct impact on the safety of fully mechanized coal mining face. In response to this problem, the central groove model of scraper conveyor is established based on Creo2.0, and the relevant parts of middle groove are flexed through ANSYS 14.0. By using MSC.ADAMS virtual prototyping simulation technology, the dynamic simulation of the transition process of the middle slot along the fully mechanized mining face was carried out. The pushing characteristics of the middle slot and the force of the dumbbell pin were analyzed, providing the design basis for the structural improvement and optimization of the middle slot and dumbbell pin .
