在我国天然气工业“八五”规划胜利完成,“九五”规划即将实施之际,中国石油学会天然气委员会于1995年11月18～20日在成都召开了“寻找大中型气田学术交流暨天然气委员会换届会议”。参加会议的代表来自全国石油、地矿系统和各有关大专院校29个单位的委员、专家、教授、论文作者共80余人;四川省科协曾祥炜主席、四川石油管理局袁光明局长出席了会议,并作了重要讲话;中国石油学会学会部金衍泰主任和中国石油天然气总公司勘探局代表专程到会祝贺。会上,天然气委员会王宓君主任对第一届委员会的工作作了全面总结,四川石油学会石油天然气咨询公司陈文侣经理就建司以来的工作向会议作了系统汇报。
