以一种使用比例方向阀的压力匹配回路为例,运用模型推理的方法建立起压力匹配回路的数学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立仿真模型。主要探讨关键阀口前后压力在给定负载下的匹配情况及液压缸输出速度的动态特性,仿真结果为压力匹配回路在复杂液压系统中的运用提供间接参考。
Taking a pressure matching circuit with proportional directional valves as an example, a mathematic model of pressure matching circuit is established by using model reasoning and a simulation model is established under the environment of MATLAB / Simulink. Mainly discusses the key valve port before and after the pressure under a given load and cylinder hydraulic cylinder output speed of the dynamic characteristics of the simulation results for the pressure matching circuit in the complex hydraulic system to provide indirect reference.
