为明确城乡结合部智力落后学生的就业趋向,为进行劳动技术和职业教育提供依据,我们分别对劳动力市场、即将毕业的智力落后学生的家庭和社会环境进行调查,并得出三点结论:①对智力落后学生的就业概念应给予新的内涵;②应拓宽智力落后学生劳动技术教育的内容,要具有城乡结合部的特色;③职业训练的内容应与市场需求相结合。
In order to clarify the employment trend of the mentally retarded students in the urban-rural areas and provide the basis for the study of labor technology and vocational education, we investigated the family and social environment of the labor market and the graduated mentally retarded students respectively and concluded three conclusions: ① The concept of employment for the mentally retarded students should be given new connotations; ② The content of labor and technical education for students with mental retardation should be broadened to have the characteristics of the urban-rural combination; ③The content of vocational training should be combined with the market demand.
