目的改进水消毒效果检测方法,以便使其更加科学合理。方法通过改进中和剂鉴定试验和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对模拟生活饮用水的消毒效果进行评价。结果含10 g/L吐温80、20 g/L硫代硫酸钠的胰蛋白胨生理盐水可有效中和试验浓度的二氧化氯溶液对试验菌的残留作用,且中和剂、中和产物对试验菌的生长和培养基均无明显影响。用0.2 mg/L二氧化氯对污染水样消毒作用30 min,可使水中人工污染的大肠杆菌降至0/100 ml,达生活饮用水消毒卫生合格标准。结论采用改良的试验方法进行水消毒试验,既符合水消毒时消毒剂的使用方法,又满足了试验要求。
