采用两类国产焊接材料焊接了 P91与 1 0 Cr Mo91 0异种钢接头 ,对所焊接头进行了机械性能和显微硬度分布测试及冲击断口扫描电镜分析 ,并对试验结果进行了理论分析。结果表明 ,用 2 .2 5 Cr-1 Mo型焊接材料所焊接头能满足火电行业的使用要求 ,而用 5 Cr-0 .5 Mo型焊接材料所焊接接头韧性不足。
Two types of domestic welding materials were used to weld P91 and Cr 0 0 0 0 dissimilar steel joints. The mechanical properties, micro-hardness distribution and impact fracture of the welded joints were analyzed. The experimental results were analyzed theoretically. The results show that the welded joints with 2 .2 Cr-1Mo welding materials can meet the requirements of the thermal power industry, while the joints welded with 5 Cr-0 .5 Mo welding materials have insufficient toughness.
