会展业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,对于带动周边经济发展有很强的促进作用。在检索过程中发现国内将体验视角运用到会展中的文献比较少,本文从体验经济发展的视角入手,以参展商和专业观众为对象,运用李克特五级顺序量表建立相关指标对调查对象的服务评价进行分析并找出制约沈阳展会服务质量的影响因素,并提出优化建议,进而提高参展商和专业观众的服务评价满意度,为今后提高沈阳展会服务质量提供了一定程度的指导作用。
Convention and Exhibition Industry is an important part of modern service industry, which has a strong role in promoting peripheral economic development. In the process of searching, we found that there are only a few documents in our country that apply the experience perspective to the exhibition. This article starts from the perspective of experiencing economic development, takes the exhibitors and the professional audiences as object, Object service evaluation and find out the factors restricting the service quality of Shenyang exhibition and put forward suggestions for optimization so as to improve the service evaluation satisfaction of exhibitors and professional visitors and provide some guidance for improving the service quality of Shenyang exhibition in the future .
