本文试图从马克思的价格理论角度分析影响我国房地产市场价格变动的原因。本文主要关注以下几个因素:改革开放三十年来经济增长带来的消费能力的释放,近年来积极地货币政策和城市化进程带来的地租上涨。
This article attempts to analyze the reasons that affect the price changes of our real estate market from the perspective of Marx’s price theory. This article mainly focuses on the following factors: The release of spending power brought about by economic growth over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, and in recent years the rent increases brought by the monetary policy and the urbanization process.
