[目的]研究外周血中CK19与原发性乳腺癌病理特征和分期的相关性。[方法]用RT_PCR法检测32例乳腺癌患者外周血中CK19的表达。常规病理检查32例患者的脉管瘤栓状况、分期 ,用Fish精确检验法检验其差异。[结果]CK19与脉管瘤栓形成或软组织浸润具有明显相关性 (P<0.05) ,与分期呈正相关。[结论]采用RT_PCR检测乳腺癌患者外周血中肿瘤细胞具有高灵敏度 ,对乳腺癌的治疗具有重要应用价值。对乳腺癌血道微转移灵敏 ,可作为临床判断预后的参考指标。
[Objective] To study the correlation between CK19 in peripheral blood and pathological features and staging of primary breast cancer. [Method] The expression of CK19 in peripheral blood of 32 patients with breast cancer was detected by RT-PCR. The routine pathological examination of 32 patients with vascular tumor thrombus status, staging, with Fish exact test to test the difference. [Results] There was a significant correlation between CK19 and vascular tumor thrombus formation or soft tissue infiltration (P <0.05), which was positively correlated with staging. [Conclusion] The detection of tumor cells in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients by RT_PCR is highly sensitive and has an important value in the treatment of breast cancer. Micrometastasis of breast cancer is sensitive, can be used as a reference to determine the prognosis of clinical indicators.
