为解决电流变送器在传输转换过程中受外界随机干扰和采集端线性隔离模块的内部自干扰严重的问题,文章提出在一个定量的时间域中,多次采集数据,求出每个出现值的概率,分析采集值的概率分布数学模型,白噪声的概率分布数学模型,有色噪声概率分布数学模型,分析其概率分布的特点,然后在采用时间邻域概率滤波设计,得到滤波值。实验证明:这种滤波器的速度快,精度高,响应时间实时可控。可广泛应用到工业控制系统中,尤其对于在概率密度谱接近正态分布的干扰中效果明显。
