目的 :探讨阴茎型尿道下裂的理想术式。方法 :采用前尿道延伸术一期矫治阴茎下曲及修复尿道下裂 2 2例。结果 :可使前尿道延伸长度达 2 .5～ 3.5 cm ,手术操作简易、出血少、并发症少。术后恢复快 ,随访 2～ 5年 ,疗效满意。结论 :前尿道延伸术是治疗阴茎型尿道下裂较为理想术式
Objective: To investigate the ideal operation of penile hypospadias. Methods: The first episode of penile hypospadias was treated with anterior urethral extension and 2 cases of hypospadias were repaired. Results: The length of the anterior urethra can be extended to 2.5 ~ 3.5 cm, the operation is simple, less bleeding, fewer complications. Postoperative recovery fast, follow-up 2 to 5 years, the effect is satisfactory. Conclusion: Anterior urethral extension is the ideal surgical treatment of penile hypospadias
