给大鼠腹腔注射济南假单胞菌疫苗(PJV),以墨汁吞噬实验及溶菌酶免疫组织化学法显示肝枯否细胞(KC),用图象分析仪测定KC的数量和面积。结果显示:PJV可诱发KC扩增,使溶菌酶阳性KC增加46%,吞噬墨汁后KC数也增多。细胞面积也增大,溶菌酶阳性KC面积平均增大70.4%。结果提示,PJV可使细胞吞噬活性和杀菌功能增强。PJV有可能具有类似卡介苗(BCG)和干扰素(IFN)等免疫制剂的作用,可增强KC抗肝癌细胞效应,并用于肝癌患者免疫治疗。
The rats were injected intraperitoneally with P. aeruginosa Vaccine (PJV) and the liver Kupffer cells (KC) were stained with ink phagocytosis assay and lysozyme immunohistochemistry. The number and area of KC were measured with an image analyzer. The results showed that PJV could induce KC amplification, which increased the lysozyme-positive KC by 46%, and increased the number of KC after phagocytosis. The cell area also increased, and the lysozyme-positive KC area increased by an average of 70.4%. The results suggest that PJV can enhance phagocytic activity and bactericidal function. PJV may have the effect of immune preparations such as BCG and IFN, which can enhance the effect of KC against hepatoma cells and be used for immunotherapy of liver cancer patients.
