介绍了一种可替代P2 0 4用于萃取铟的P5 0 7改良萃取剂。研究了萃取剂的萃取性能 ,考察了有机相中萃取剂浓度、有机相与水相的体积比相互接触的时间 ,以及水溶液酸度对铟的萃取和In、Fe分离的影响。在最佳操作条件下 ,经过两级逆流萃取 ,98%以上的铟得到提取。并进一步考察了萃取剂经多次循环运行后的抗老化性能。
A P5 0 7 modified extractant that replaces P2 0 4 for indium extraction is introduced. The extraction performance of the extractant was investigated. The effects of extractant concentration, time of contacting the volume ratio of organic phase and water phase, and the acidity of aqueous solution on the extraction of Indium and the separation of In and Fe were investigated. Under the best operating conditions, after two countercurrent extraction, more than 98% of the indium was extracted. And further investigated the anti-aging performance of the extractant after repeated cycles.
