对人体各个年龄段肌肉力量的发展进行研究,可以观察到少年儿童神经肌肉装置系统形态机能的形成。而研究结果对劳动生理学,运动生理学,年龄生理学,教育学都有重要的职业实用价值。一般说力量的大小是受遗传、意见、情绪制约的。我们用测量握力的方法研究过苏联秋明地区中小学生和大学生左右两手屈肌的收缩能力,总共调查了3277人。为保证调查结果的可靠性,在每个年龄段都用了98—167人。所得的材料用变异统计方法通过电子计算机进行处理。我们用平均值研究了学生握力的年增长速度同人体测量的主要指标的双相关系数,男女生握力的平均增长指标可见表1。
Studying the development of muscle strength at all ages in the human body shows the formation of a system’s morphological function of neuromuscular devices in children. The results of the study of labor physiology, exercise physiology, age physiology, pedagogy have important occupational practical value. Generally speaking, the size of the power is affected by the genetic, opinion, emotional constraints. Using the method of measuring grip strength, we studied the contractility of the flexor muscles of primary and secondary school students and college students in the Tyumen region of the Soviet Union. A total of 3277 people were investigated. In order to ensure the reliability of the survey results, 98-167 people are employed in each age group. The resulting material was processed by electronic computer using a variation statistical method. We use the average value of the study of the annual growth rate of student grip with the main indicators of human measurement of dual correlation coefficient, male and female grip average growth indicators can be seen in Table 1.
