日前,《云南省城乡规划条例》(以下简称《条例》)获省人大审议通过,将于2013年1月1日起施行。《条例》紧密结合云南省实际,对上位法有关规定内容作进一步补充、明确和细化,增强其可操作性。同时,《条例》将近20年来云南省在城乡规划管理方面积累的成功经验和行之有效的政策措施上升为地方性法规,进一步解决全省在城乡规划 Recently, the “Urban and Rural Planning Regulations of Yunnan Province” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) were approved by the Provincial People’s Congress and will come into force on January 1, 2013.
