高校体育是高等教育不可缺少的组成部分,如何上好体育课,是需要不断进行深入研究的一个课题.体育的主要功能是增进身心健康、构建自身全面发展的重要组成部分,促使自己在体力和智力上得到和谐发展.体育课的主要教学途径是经过一定数量的身体练习,使身体达到一定量的运动负荷,从而引起身体生理机制的良性变化,达到增进健康的目的.因此,运动负荷的多少,直接影响体育课的教学效果.影响运动负荷的因素很多,本文仅从生理学角度探讨高校体育课的运动负荷问题.
