狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒引起的人兽共患烈性传染病,发病后病死率几乎为100%。目前狂犬病尚无有效的治疗方法,及时、准确的诊断以及暴露后狂犬病疫苗的注射是其主要的预防措施。核蛋白是狂犬病病毒重要的功能蛋白,其在疫苗免疫效果的评价中也发挥着重要作用。狂犬病的诊断主要针对核蛋白。本文对核蛋白的基因结构、抗原性、致病性及其应用的研究进展进行了综合评述,从而加深对核蛋白的了解,为狂犬病的快速临床诊断和免疫效果评价提供参考依据,以更好的预防和控制狂犬病。
Rabies is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by rabies virus, and the case fatality rate is almost 100%. Currently rabies is no effective treatment, timely and accurate diagnosis and injection of rabies vaccine after exposure is its main preventive measures. Nucleoprotein is an important functional protein of rabies virus, which also plays an important role in the evaluation of vaccine immune effect.
