本文介绍了莱钢2×22000m3/h制氧机组空分装置自动化系统的设计和实现。整个过程控制采用西门子的PCS7控制系统,根据空分的工艺过程和特性,采用冗余技术、现场总线等先进技术完成了整个系统的硬件组态。在软件组态中,设计了“反动作调节”、“数型转换法”等新的控制策略,使系统更加可靠,更加人性化。整个系统的设计水平达到国内领先水平,具有广泛的推广意义。
This article introduces the design and realization of the automation system of air separation plant in Laiwu Steel 2 × 22000m3 / h oxygen plant. The entire process control using Siemens PCS7 control system, according to the process and characteristics of air separation, the use of redundant technology, field bus and other advanced technology to complete the entire system hardware configuration. In the software configuration, a new control strategy such as “reaction regulation”, “number conversion” is designed to make the system more reliable and user-friendly. The entire system design level reached the leading domestic level, with a wide range of promotion.
