目的:探讨芫花外用对豚鼠和大鼠体癣模型的影响。方法:采用须癣毛癣菌菌种接种于皮肤创面感染制作豚鼠和大鼠体癣模型,观察大、中、小剂量芫花水煎液和大、小剂量芫花糊剂组对体癣豚鼠和大鼠治疗前后症状积分、体癣病灶皮肤逆培养及病理组织学的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量芫花水煎液和大、小芫花糊剂均可显著降低体癣症状积分(P<0.01),增高皮肤逆培养转阴率(P<0.01),显著改善体癣的症状及病理变化。结论:芫花外用对豚鼠和大鼠体癣治疗效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Daphne genkwa topical application on tinea corporis in guinea pigs and rats. Methods: Tinea of Trichophyton mentagrophytes was inoculated on guinea pig and rat tinea capitis model inoculated with wound infection. The effects of large, medium and small doses of Daphne genkwa Decoction and large and small doses of Daphne genkwa paste on tinea corporis And symptom scores before and after treatment in rats, tinea versicolor lesion skin reverse culture and histopathology. Results: The large, medium and small doses of Daphne genkwa decoction and large and small Daphne genkwa paste can significantly reduce the body ringworm symptom scores (P <0.01), increase the rate of reverse transculture skin negative (P <0.01), significantly improved Body ringworm symptoms and pathological changes. Conclusion: The effects of Daphne genkwa on the treatment of tinea corporis in guinea pigs and rats are remarkable.
