一般认为中性水中的氯离子对于金属腐蚀是有害的,因而以往工业用水都尽量选用氯离子含量低的水源。随着工业建设的发展,低氯离子含量的水源显得供不应求,工业用水的氯离子含量也逐步提高。水中氯离子对金属腐蚀的影响,已成为我国沿海地区工业基本建设中一个常有争议的问题。我们根据上海宝钢工程的要求,就长江口因海水倒灌引起水中氯离子含量增高对金属腐蚀的影响开展了实验室试验。下面简要介绍试验的主要结果。
It is generally believed that the chloride ion in neutral water is harmful to the metal corrosion. Therefore, in the past, industrial water use as much as possible a water source with low chloride ion content. With the development of industrial construction, the sources of low chloride ion content appear to be in short supply, and the chloride ion content of industrial water sources also gradually increase. The impact of chloride ions in water on metal corrosion has become a frequently-contested issue in the industrial infrastructure in China’s coastal areas. According to the requirements of Shanghai Baosteel Engineering, we carried out laboratory tests on the influence of elevated chloride ion concentration on corrosion caused by seawater intrusion at the Yangtze Estuary. The following briefly introduces the main results of the experiment.
