主要论述由多服务器组成的大规模网络计算机环境中系统监控的设计，以及在此基础上实现的RTM系统。RTM系统主要包括3个模块：监听模块，通信模块和管理模块，实现了对所有服务器上登录的用户会话和启动的应用进程进行管理以及对服务器上的系统类资源进行监控。
