水体受到化学污染物的污染,一方面可直接影响水生生物、两栖生物等野生生物的生存,对水生生物产生各种有害作用,如使水生物发生行为、生理、生化及组织病理的改变和致畸、致癌及致突变等作用甚至死亡。一方面通过饮用水、皮肤接触及食物链等途径危害人类健康。本文拟就化学污染物对水生生物的毒理作用研究作一概述。 Water pollution by chemical pollutants, on the one hand can directly affect the survival of aquatic organisms, amphibians and other wildlife, have a variety of harmful effects on aquatic organisms, such as aquatic organisms behavior, physiology, biochemistry and histopathology changes and induced Teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic effects and even death. On the one hand, human health is endangerd by ways such as drinking water, skin contact and the food chain. This article is intended to summarize the toxicological effects of chemical pollutants on aquatic organisms.
