Japan is an island with only a sea of China. Its coastline is slender. Its plains are small and mountainous with a population of about 128 million. The number of people engaged in paleontological research may be far less than those in Europe and the United States, but the general public’s enthusiasm for paleontology is greater than that of the former Better than ever. However, the special geographical environment is destined to Japan to find the number of dinosaur fossils. For Japan, where the land area is smaller, it is rare to find well-preserved dinosaur fossils, and occasionally some dinosaur remains have been excavated. So for the majority of paleontology enthusiasts, some dinosaurs and paleontology found in Japan may not be known to all.
