SMW桩是在水泥土搅拌桩中插入型钢或其它芯材形成的支护形式,它同时具有承力与防渗功能。其工法具有占用场地小、施工速度快、环境污染小、成本低的特点,特别适用于粘土和粉性土为主的软土地区。本文以南京地铁某车站SMW桩施工实践为例,介绍作为监理控制SMW桩施工质量的主要技术措施及方法的个人体会。
The SMW pile is a form of support formed by inserting steel or other core material in a cement-soil mixing pile, which has the functions of bearing capacity and anti-seepage. Its working method has the characteristics of small occupied area, fast construction speed, low environmental pollution and low cost, especially suitable for clay and silt soft soil areas. Taking SMW pile construction practice of a station in Nanjing Metro as an example, this paper introduces the personal experience of the main technical measures and methods of supervision and control of SMW pile construction quality.
