目的:利用高效液相色谱法同时测定广金钱草鲜品、晒干品、阴干品和烘干品中夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷、异荭草苷3种主要黄酮成分,并对他们进行含量比较。方法:采用Phenomenex Kinetex C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(pH 3.5)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:40℃,检测波长:272 nm。结果:所建立的方法可有效的分离并测定3种黄酮成分,符合方法学考察要求,实验结果显示广金钱草鲜品与不同干燥方式的样品在黄酮含量上具有较大的差异。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于考察不同干燥方法对广金钱草质量的影响,有利于药材的加工。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneous determination of three main flavonoids of pleurotus glycosides, isoflavoside and isoorientin in fresh cashmere herb, dried, dried and dried products by high performance liquid chromatography They compare the content. METHODS: Phenomenex Kinetex C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.1% formic acid solution (pH 3.5) were used as mobile phases and eluted with isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / 40 ℃, detection wavelength: 272 nm. Results: The established method was effective for the separation and determination of three flavonoids, in line with the methodological study requirements. The experimental results showed that there was a big difference in the flavonoid content between the fresh and the dried samples. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to investigate the effects of different drying methods on the quality of Pseudostellampsis chinensis, which is beneficial to the processing of medicinal materials.
