一、前言我厂300m~3高炉冷却水系采用洋河区地下水,水的硬度高达5.5~6mg当量/l。炉体冷却设备工作温度为50℃左右。各层立冷却壁进出水管使用3个月的时间结垢厚度就达2—3mm,水垢采样分析结果见表1。如1983年12月13日5号高炉铁口左侧冷却壁烧熔,造成炉缸烧穿事故,停产达8天之久。1983年1~9月月平均烧坏风口17~20个;热风阀平均寿命为5~6个月左右。近年来风口和热风阀烧坏情况见表2。
I. Introduction I plant 300m ~ 3 blast furnace cooling water using Yanghe groundwater, water hardness up to 5.5 ~ 6mg equivalent / l. Furnace cooling equipment operating temperature is about 50 ℃. The stratum cooling stave in and out of the water pipe to use 3 months of fouling thickness of up to 2-3mm, scale sampling analysis results in Table 1. As of December 13, 1983 No. 5 blast furnace cooling stave on the left side of the wall, resulting in burned through the hearth accident, down to 8 days long. From January to September 1983, the average burned-out tuyere ranged from 17 to 20; the average life of the hot air valve was about 5 to 6 months.
