用SDH与AchE结合染色法,观察经过不同负荷训练的小白鼠腓肠肌内侧头肌纤维型和运动终板的变化。结果:间歇跑训练使红肌纤维数增加16.3%,中间肌纤维数减少10.1%,白肌纤维数减少6.1%,白肌纤维和中间肌纤维平均直径增加显著,中间肌纤维上运动终板的平均直径增加显著;连续跑训练使中间肌纤维数增加11.8%,红肌纤维数增加5.8%,白肌纤维数减少17.7%,中间肌纤维平均直径增加显著,红肌纤维上运动终板的平均直径增加显著。
SDH combined with AchE staining was used to observe the changes of medial head muscle fiber type and motor end plate in the mice with different training load. Results: The intermittent running training increased the number of red muscle fibers by 16.3%, the number of intermediate muscle fibers decreased by 10.1%, the number of white muscle fibers decreased by 6.1%, the average diameter of white muscle fiber and middle muscle fiber increased significantly, mean diameter of medial muscle fibers increased significantly; Running training increased the number of fibers in the middle muscle by 11.8%, the number of red muscle fibers increased by 5.8%, the number of white muscle fibers decreased by 17.7%, the average diameter of the middle muscle fibers increased significantly, and the average diameter of the motor end plates increased significantly in the red muscle fibers.
