采用 8 797单片机设计和实现了高压漆膜连续性试验仪 ,详细论述了硬件组成和软件实现流程。该测试仪通过电机驱动电路和测速电路控制漆包线按规定线速度运行 ,同时控制高压产生电路产生所需高压加到高压轮上 ,如果漆包线有缺陷 ,则高压检测电路检测到缺陷电流 ,当缺陷电流大于阀值且持续时间大于规定时间时 ,测试仪的漆膜缺陷计数器就记录为一个缺陷 ,当测试长度达到规定长度时 ,由CPU控制停机 ,显示和打印测试结果。本测试仪功能齐全 ,检测速度快 ,准确度高 ,运行可靠。
The 8797 single chip microcomputer is used to design and realize the high-pressure paint film continuity tester. The hardware composition and software implementation flow are discussed in detail. The tester controls the enameled wire through the motor drive circuit and the speed-measuring circuit to run at the specified linear speed and controls the high-voltage generating circuit to generate the required high voltage to be applied to the high-voltage wheel. If the enameled wire is defective, the high-voltage detecting circuit detects the defect current, Above the threshold value and for longer than the specified time, the tester’s film defect counter is recorded as a defect. When the test length reaches the specified length, the CPU stops the control and displays and prints the test result. The tester is fully functional, fast detection, high accuracy, reliable operation.
