针对某热电厂30 MW锅炉燃用低挥发分贫煤NOx排放高现象,采用低氮燃烧器改造及全炉膛SOFA空气垂直深度分级技术来降低NOx的排放。通过分析燃尽风量、炉膛氧量、给粉方式和磨煤机投运情况对NOx排放的影响,增加燃尽风量和降低炉膛氧量能降低NOx的排放,NOx排放浓度降低幅度达到53.9%,但过大的燃尽风量和过低的炉膛氧量会使锅炉运行效率降低,不利于运行。
Aiming at the high NOx emission of low volatile lean coal for a 30 MW boiler in a cogeneration plant, the low NOx burners retrofit and the vertical depth classification of the whole furnace SOFA air are adopted to reduce the NOx emission. By analyzing the influence of the amount of air burnt, the amount of oxygen in the hearth, the mode of feeding powder and the operation of coal mill on the NOx emission, increasing the amount of air burned and reducing the oxygen content in the furnace can reduce the emission of NOx, and the concentration of NOx emission is reduced by 53.9% However, the excessive burning air volume and too low the oxygen content of the furnace will reduce the operating efficiency of the boiler, which is not conducive to operation.
