氯丁二烯是合成氯丁橡胶的单体,主要引起肝、肾等器官的损伤。有关氯丁二烯对人体免疫功能影响的研究目前国内外尚未见报道。本文作者对氯丁二烯作业工人血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量及外周血 T 细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)活性阳性率进行了检测,以探讨其对人体免疫功能的影响.
Chloroprene is a synthetic neoprene monomer, mainly caused by liver, kidney and other organ damage. The impact of chloroprene on human immune function studies at home and abroad have not been reported. The authors tested the serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) content and the positive rate of TNA α-acetyl-Naphthyl Esterase (ANAE) activity of chloroprene workers in order to investigate the effects on the immune function influences.
