高职院校学生创业特质受内在因素、外在环境因素以及联系内外在因素的媒介(创业实践)的共同影响。高职院校学生自身内在因素包括对创业的认识程度、创业动机清晰度、职业生涯规划意识和能力等;外在因素主要是学校教育因素,包括高职院校的教育理念、培养目标、课程设置合理性、师资力量状况等。优化高职院校学生创业特质培养,需要构建有利于学生创业特质形成的创业教育体系,加强学生创业平台和创业教育师资队伍建设,建立创业特质形成保障机制。 The entrepreneurial trait of students in higher vocational colleges is affected by internal factors, external environmental factors and intermediaries (entrepreneurship practice) that connect internal and external factors.
