目的建立HPLC法同时测定土荆芥挥发油中驱蛔素、对伞花烃和α-萜品烯的方法。方法采用AgilentSB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(60∶40);体积流量为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为224 nm;柱温为30℃。结果驱蛔素、对伞花烃、α-萜品烯的线性范围分别为2.02~40.4 mg/mL(r=0.999 4)、0.525~10.5 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)、0.376~7.52 mg/mL(r=0.999 7);加样回收率分别为98.60%(RSD=2.06%)、102.51%(RSD=2.70%)、96.92%(RSD=2.32%)。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好,适用于同时测定土荆芥挥发油中驱蛔素、对伞花烃、α-萜品烯的量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of carotenoids, cymene and α-terpinene in the essential oil of Schizonepeta tenuifolia. Methods The Agilent SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (60:40), the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 224 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear ranges of cyarazine, paracymene and α-terpinene were 2.02-40.4 mg / mL (r = 0.999 4), 0.525-10.5 mg / mL (r = 0.999 8) and 0.376-7.52 mg / mL (r = 0.997). The recoveries were 98.60% (RSD = 2.06%), 102.51% (RSD = 2.70%) and 96.92% (RSD = 2.32%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of carotenoids, cymene and α-terpinene in the essential oil of Schizonepeta tenuifolia.
