从文化学的视角来看,基础教育课程改革实施的困境,主要是由于传统文化语境下的教学行为、校园文化建设相对落后、滞后的教师文化观、后现代知识观对工具性课程文化观的冲击、多元智力观对工具性课程文化观的激荡造成的。因此,通过对传统文化继承与创新,对现代文化选择与建构,对外来文化批判与改造,确定新课程实施的有效范式,以推动基础教育新课程改革的有效实施。
