动机是一个解释性的概念。动机是“推动人们行动的内在力量”;是“引起、维持一个人的活动,并将该活动导向某一目标,以满足个体某种需要的念头、愿望和理想等”;任何时代的教师都在为能否激发学生的学习动机而烦恼。学生是教学活动的主体,一切富有成效的教学都离不开学生积极主动地参与,即通过师生双方互动的过程提高教学质量。学生是否具有较强的学习动机是获得有效教学的前提,学习动机是影响学生学习成绩和教师教学效果的关键因素之一。本文结合高职计算机学科教学的特点,从理论和实证两个角度,对如何在实际的计算机专业课教学过程中如何运用动机理论来激发和维持学生的学习动机作了初步的探讨。
Motivation is an explanatory concept. Motivation is “the inner power to promote people ”; “is ” any cause, desire and ideal to cause and maintain a person’s activity and to direct the activity to a certain goal to meet the individual’s needs " Teachers of the times are worried about whether they can stimulate students’ motivation to learn. Students are the main body of teaching activities. All effective teaching can not be separated from the active participation of students, that is, through the interactive process of teachers and students to improve the quality of teaching. Whether a student has a strong motivation to learn is a prerequisite for effective teaching. Learning motivation is one of the key factors that affect a student’s academic performance and teacher’s teaching effectiveness. Based on the characteristics of computer science teaching in higher vocational education, this paper discusses how to use motivation theory to stimulate and maintain students’ motivation in learning in the teaching of computer major from two aspects of theory and demonstration.
