【目的】建立科技期刊引文综合评价指标函数,希望能对科技期刊引文综合评价工作提供参考意见。【方法】选用IF、IF5、h指数、SJR、ES和SNIP为具有代表性的核心引文评价指标,通过对Wo S数据库和Scopus数据库共有的1881种医学类期刊的这六大指标数值的因子分析。【结果】找出对它们起支配作用的潜在影响因素:公因子F1(平均影响力因子)和F2(整体影响力因子)。在权衡这两个因素的基础上,构建了综合引文评价指标函数。【结论】通过实例(选取专业期刊和综合期刊为样本)验证该综合指标能较好地消除期刊载文量对期刊综合影响力评价的影响。
【Objective】 The objective of this paper is to establish a comprehensive evaluation index function of citation of sci-tech periodicals, hoping to provide reference for the comprehensive evaluation of citation of sci-tech periodicals. 【Method】 The core quotation evaluation indexes of IF, IF5, h, SJR, ES and SNIP were selected as the index. Through the factor analysis of the six indexes of 1881 kinds of medical journals which are common to Wo S database and Scopus database . [Results] To find the potential influencing factors for their domination: common factors F1 (average influence factor) and F2 (overall influence factor). On the basis of weighing these two factors, a comprehensive citation evaluation index function is constructed. 【Conclusion】 The results show that the comprehensive index can effectively eliminate the influence of journal quantity on the evaluation of periodical comprehensive influence through the example (select professional journals and comprehensive journals as samples).
