The Reclamation Bureau, the nation’s largest water sector, recently claimed that its attention has shifted from building a new dam to focusing on a variety of “non-engineering” water management measures as a sign of a slowdown in the dam industry in the United States . The reason for the above changes is that the United States environmental protection workers oppose the construction of new water conservancy and hydropower projects, especially the construction of large dam calls louder and louder. Reclamation official Daniel Baird said that whenever the current contracts expire, the Bureau will no longer engage in any major dam construction and he added that any long-term project, even if relevant, would be “Very far away” thing.
