黄铭新等认为迷走神经亢进是血吸虫病的酒石酸锑钾(锑钾)治疗中发生心室颤动的机制。但是锑钾能增敏肾上腺素的致颤作用,而且阿托品的抗颤剂量大大超过其抗迷走所需,说明锑剂心室颤动的发病机制尚未解决。本文进一步分析这个问题。在戊巴比妥钠麻醉兔观察锑钾对电致颤阈的影响,锑钾本身所致的心室颤动,以及心脏神经对锑钾作用的影响。结果发现:一定剂量的锑钾(依次地静脉注射3,6,12毫克/公斤)能显著地降低电致
