在我国智库大力发展的背景下,高校图书馆凭借其文献资源丰富、人才资源充足、信息技术先进、具备咨询服务经验的优势,可以扩展服务内容,挖掘潜在用户,开展智库型咨询服务。服务的对象包括高校教师、管理者、企业、政府,首先用户提出委托,图书馆探讨项目的可行性后,接受委托,开展智库服务,形成智库产品,最后由用户对智库服务的效果和产品质量进行评价反馈。本文提出了高校图书馆开展智库服务的策略,一是基于图书馆的特色资源,开展个性化咨询服务;二是建设专题数据库,打造智库服务平台;三是加强宣传,推广智库品牌;四是多方合作,探索协同建设机制。
Under the background of the great development of our think tank, the university library can expand the service content, tap the potential users and develop the think tank consulting service by virtue of its abundant literature resources, abundant human resources, advanced information technology and consulting experience.
