Karasek’s work requires a control model for the analysis of the framework, through a survey of 219 employees in three companies to explore the relationship between job attributes and employee mental health. The results showed that job attributes and work control were significantly related to mental health. After controlling for the demographic variables, the variation in mental health variance was 7%. The interaction between job requirements and job control The effect can also predict mental health effectively. These results suggest that excessive job requirements and lack of job control all contribute to the decline of employees’ mental health. The mental health of employees is the result of the combination of job requirements and job control.
