目的：为使作眼部Ａ超检查时减少对角膜上皮的损伤，提高Ａ超检查的准确性。方法：利用素高捷疗眼膏作为介质，对作Ａ超生物测量的病人进行研究，与不用素高捷疗组作对照，并自身对照作眼轴测量。结果：在用与不用素高捷疗眼膏后其眼轴测量数值无显著性差异。用素高捷疗眼膏作为介质的病人角膜上皮的损伤大大小于对照组，统计学检查差异有显著性意义。结论：素高捷疗眼膏在眼部Ａ超生物测量眼轴中是一个较理想的介质 OBJECTIVE: To reduce the damage to the corneal epithelium during A-ultrasound and to improve the accuracy of A-ultrasound. Methods: Using Suporrojecanthyllum ointment as a medium, we studied the patients who made A-ultrasound and compared them with no-Su-Jie-Jie group and self-controlled axial measurement. Results: There was no significant difference in the measured axial length with and without Supor. The use of high-Jie Jie ointment as a medium of corneal epithelial injury was significantly smaller than the control group, statistical differences were statistically significant.
